Here are pics of what I sent to aeillill, she recieved her package yesterday. I had a lot of fun using my skills to make birdie goodies! Smiley

included was a pillow, bag, owl hair pin, bird heart pin, owl finger puppet, bird feeder, bottle cap magnets (my new obsession), and coasters. (sorry the pics are not so great, it is really hard to find good light sometimes!)

Yay, I got my pillow from dani24, it is really awesome. I think it is made out of ties.
Danielle, you really should do a tutorial on it.
Thanks so much, I love it!

So here's my bag! Smiley
I used the messenger bag tutorial. I did not need another messenger bag so I made a smaller version.

Here's the bag:

And I made a pocket in the back:

This is only the second bag I have made, and the first one that I actually like. The lining material has bees on it and the outside material is some funky stuff I found in the Home Dec section, its almost carpety.

10  Re: DIY Cloth Pads Tutorial in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by melbakat on: October 31, 2004 07:55:29 AM
I made a bunch of cloth pads yesterday! I recycled some flannel and a towel, and bought some inexpensive nylon from Joannes. I made twelve pads and 12 inserts, and it cost me less than 5 bucks! Smiley
Thanks thixle for the awesome tutorial!
