1  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Anthropologie Caplet on: June 24, 2007 02:29:34 PM

I used this craftster tutorial by julsey723 to make this caplet.  It turned out really well, I think.  I used a DK weight wool/bamboo yarn that I got while I was on vacation in England and US5 needles.  The only thing that I really changed about the pattern, other than the yarn and needles, was to use seed stitch for the border all the way around.

This picture was taken at a wedding that I attended this past weekend.  The sweater had not been blocked at this point because I had only just woven in the ends in the car on the way to the church.
2  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Toe-up ankle socks on: May 11, 2007 03:19:39 PM

I recently finished a pair of socks.  I used the universal toe-up pattern from knitty and wildfoote sock yarn that I dyed with Easter egg dye.  (check this out)  They're not terribly fancy, but I really like how they turned out.

3  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / need Interweave Knits Spring 2003 on: November 27, 2006 01:20:37 PM

I am looking for a copy of the Spring 2003 issue of Interweave Knits.

I saw a picture of one of the patterns from this issue on someones blog and fell in love.  I have already bought the yarn for this project, but by the time I finally got around to ordering the magazine they were no longer available.

Does anybody know where I can find a copy?  Maybe somebody has a well stocked LYS near them that you could put me in touch with?  Or if you have a copy yourself maybe we could work out a swap?

I'd really appreciate any help with this!

Thank you.

4  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / I made a PANTA! on: June 09, 2006 12:21:10 PM
It's Pink.  Sugar'n Cream Cotton.  I just followed the pattern from the original Panta thread.  Nothing fancy.  I'm just excited that I finally have a project to post.  No picture just yet.  I'll have to dig up the camera, I just moved.

Well, thanks for letting me share.
