I feel like there is too much empty space. Any suggestions to make this look more completed?

So, for graphics arts class we had to take six closeup pictures, that had a theme and provoked some sort of mood. Soooo, these are "fruits and vegtables that have red, and I guess the mood is sort of dark.." ...so, "evil produce", is my theme I guess.

Well, not too complicated, I just have a basic little camera..., any tips please?

Well, just some sketches I scratched up during school. I think they turned out OK, considering they began as random doodles, done with a plain mechanical pencil, and no blending stick!

Why is she at a Laundromat? Doing laundry maybe? who knows.

And, just a girl. My people all tend to look similar.

I carry a little camera in my purse, wherever I go. So when I am completly bored somewhere, I whip out this camera and take
close-ups of whatever is around me, and try to make them artsy-fartsy. So here are the results of my anti-social behaviour, sitting in the garden at a wedding and being dragged along to a garden center with my mom. Fun times.
