4  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / Some Funky New Glass Bead Bracelets - Leopard Hearts and Green Kitties, oh my! on: June 30, 2006 05:46:55 PM
I found this lovely little glass bead shop when I was at the beach, and these are two of the results.  The pictures aren't the greatest, but I do hope you'll give 'em a squint and let me know what you think Smiley

Thanks for looking!

wonderful creations you have here - you're quite the craftsman!  i particularly love the last one - a triqueta?

thank you much, RockWaterFalls!  as soon as i saw the pendant, i just had to have it.  i bought a similar one in brown too...

sunshine11112, yours sounds just as lovely!  but thank you Smiley

and lark, i really appreciate the advice...one of my sea shell necklaces came undone already, and i've been looking for something to fix it with, and i found nothing at jo ann's...i'll try to make a trip to my nearest michael's or look online for the things you mentioned...until then, i tied these knots extra tight and numerous times...maybe they'll hold up in the meantime!

thanks so much Smiley

I've recently started messing around with knotting cord for necklaces, and while I have a bunch of sea shell ones I made at the beach that I would like to post here, I made this one today and wanted to get some thoughts on it.  I got the butterfly pendant at Jo Ann's, and I used faux pearls and plastic gem-like beads.

The picture's not the best ever - I had to use my scanner - but do tell me what you think Smiley

And have a lovely day!
