Hi everyone.
Gorgeous necklace.  I am new at jewelry and I've done very little.  I was trying to knit a pendand with wire and seed beads but I got frustrated and it did not work for me.  I don't know if the wire was too tick or what.
Question, what did you use to stand the beads? and how and with what did you tie them together?
I would appreciate your help because I have now lots of seed bead left from the previous project that never worked.

hi there, thanks!  i used softflex (it's "beading" wire) and closed off the ends with crimp beads.  to hold all the strands together, i bend an eye pin into a large loop.

hope that helps!

I forgot I had a question Smiley

How long is each individual strand?

i can't remember exactly (sold the necklace a while back) but i think they're 12 inches.

this necklace is beautiful, but I was wondering, is the pendant wrapped around all ten strands? or just one?

I just ordered some pendants and wanted to do this type of project. Any help you can offer will be appreciated. Thank you.

I used copper wire wrapped around all the strands for the pendant.  i liked it better with all the strands tangled up together.
