2  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Prized smoothie recipes! Share here! on: December 11, 2011 12:36:49 AM
My absolute favorite smoothie EVER is my blueberry one.

I put about 1 cup of frozen  blueberries (non-sweetened), 2 cups of Light Vanilla Soymilk, and about 1 tablespoon of splenda.

Soymilk makes smoothies extra frothy and I love it!
3  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Christmas and Quick! - Edible gifts on: December 11, 2011 12:33:55 AM
peppermint bark
1 bag of milk chocolate morsels
1 bag of white chocolate morsels
10 starlight candys (candy canes work too and are way easier to crush)

Crush up the peppermint candy's into small pieces.
Melt milk chocolate morsels, and spread on to parchment paper.
Put in fridge to harden.
Melt white chocolate morsels. Add crushed peppermint pieces.
Put white chocolate on top of the milk chocolate (peppermint makes it harden faster, so you have less time to work with it)
Let harden.

Break into small pieces!

I just made this and it took a total of 20 minutes, tops...and that's mainly because I had to clean the double boiler between chocolates Smiley
