1  Beaded Lanyard with Matching Earrings in Beads: Completed Projects by alo42d on: October 04, 2011 11:26:38 PM
its been along time since i have been on here and posted but i have been doing a little different to supplement my income. and these are just one of 10 different colors that i have done. i forgot to take pics of the others. but you know what i have been up to. i made these for a neighbor who is a teacher and was saying that some of the lanyards that they found for theyre badges was really ugly and made out of plastic beads. so i set down on the internet and looked at some of the designs and come up with my own. i hope i did this right and ya'll can see them.
Enjoy

lanyard with some pretty orangey lampwork beads and some others beads i got to match them

close up of lanyard with swarovski crystals to add a little sparkle

i used one each of the beads for the lanyards to make the matching earrings

2  new stuff from me!! in Beads: Completed Projects by alo42d on: May 16, 2008 08:21:54 PM
i know its been awhile since i posted, i just havent been in the mood. but now well i'll let the pics speak for themselves. hope ya'll enjoy and as usual comments  are welcome and wanted.  thanx

this is a set i made for a friend that i work with. the beads are glass and they have a tie dyed look to them. this is a necklace and anklet set.

i bought these to go with a sweater that i have. they are semi-precious blue agate stones:

i had this shell for about 6 months and then inspiration hit me. it has czech glass
beads and swavorskian crystals along with links from another chain that i broke down and refitted for this.

i went to the mountains with my boyfriend at the time and he bought this amethyst rock for me. so after some thinking i come up with this necklace and earring set. the earrings are made with cracked glass and swavorski crystals.

i bought the crystal hearts at different times and got them together and this is what i got.

hope ya'll enjoy looking as much as i enjoy making!!!

4  experimentation is a wonderful thang!!! in Beads: Completed Projects by alo42d on: November 22, 2007 01:59:23 PM
for those of ya'll that like to see my handiwork here is some things that i was trying out. needles to say that all of the pieces turned out perfectly. i hope to hear from everyone.

this bracelet i got the idea from a bead book that i receive in the mail. mine doesn't look exactly like the one in the book but i like how it turned out anyway

i had bought two silver link necklaces for my ren fair but i never got to use them, so i got tired of them laying around. i cut some of the links then re soldered them together and added some lite blue beads and these are what i came up with.

this set i used the same concept as the lite blue just a little differnet in color and link arrangement.

i hope ya'll like what you see, and i cant wait to hear from everyone.
