Hey guys! Haven't posted here in years! I saw this photo and this dress looked really easy to make. I'm not 100% how to make it though and I don't want to just start cutting up shirts. Can someone give me a walk through? Thanks!

Yeah the neck is like a different color so I guess it was seperately put on (I have zero knowledge about knitting). Haha. Thanks again!

I have this sweater and it has this really high neck. My neck is really short and it always looks werid with high necked/turtle necked clothing.

I was wondering what would happen if I just cut the neck part off or if there was a way to get rid of it without destroying it. Thanks!
