11  Femme Fatale Earrings in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by miserylovesme on: September 10, 2007 02:03:10 PM
PLEASE DO NOT DRILL INTO BULLETS WITHOUT RESEARCHING AND/OR GETTING HELP FROM SOMEONE WHO KNOWS A LOT ABOUT AMMO!

That being said, check it:

Yay!! I have an obsession with anything related to a weapon. Especially Rambo style ammo.  Smiley The bullets were fired, leaving me with casings, which are not as exciting. Soooo... I removed excess powder, replaced the tips with new projectiles, and drilled so TA DA. They look very dangerous, but aren't really.

12  Kitschy/Punk Heart Pendants in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by miserylovesme on: August 29, 2007 05:27:53 PM
Some new ones, some modifications of old ones. Smiley All the pendant bases are hand-cut wooden hearts. Painted black, ephemera attached, and glazed with Krylon for glossy goodness.

Top to bottom, left to right:

I hope you die, Maybe I want to look trashy, I have an explosive temper, You got pwned, Bite me, I'll rip your heart out.

If it's too small, try this: http://img442.imageshack.us/my.php?image=alltogethernowez6.jpg

And here's what they look like on a chain:

Yay!

I really like the heart cut-out. Smiley

14  Your Love is Poison in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by miserylovesme on: August 24, 2007 04:23:40 PM
I officially hate polymer clay. Good for you if you can make anything with it in under 2 hours! What is your secret?!  Cheesy

Aside from that, here is an asymmetrical necklace I made last night. It has handcuff and skully rhinestoney heart goodness. And a nice big red, shiny rose.

Okay. Here are some things. I made another bangle, like this one I made before, only better: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=190713.0

Some custom requests for necklaces (I don't know why the JEM one looks fuzzy. It resizes weird and I can't fix it. Arg):

And something I gold-leafed for my mom. It was a gross brown carved/etched thing when I paid 10 cents for it at a church sale. I realized I didn't stay totally in the lines, but I wanted it to look vintage-y. I think it's cute, and she likes it:

Thanks for viewing!  Smiley

16  Buy My Love in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by miserylovesme on: August 18, 2007 09:59:50 AM
You can buy sex, political power, fame--- who's to say love is off limits? Especially the love that comes from your little black heart.  Cheesy

Wooden heart has been hand-cut, painted, topped with a real barcode, and glazed for high shine. Pendant measures 2.25 inches wide.  Smiley W00t.

Anyone want to know what I got the barcode from? No? Cheesy

17  It's exhausting being fabulous in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by miserylovesme on: August 17, 2007 02:25:37 PM
Cheesy I think it is, anyway.

This finished drying yesterday. The heart is wooden, and the image is attached and then glazed for high shine.  Smiley The beads are plastic, and the whole thing is strung on elastic.

Thanks for checking it out!

18  Your Carriage Awaits in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by miserylovesme on: August 17, 2007 01:34:14 PM
I've been itching to finish this for a while. It reminds me of Sunday School Crafting, you know? They'd hand you a comic book and instruct you to wrap. Anyway, I made this last night while watching Conan. I call it "Your Carriage Awaits".

The bangle underneath is wood. It's very shiny with loads of glaze. Yay! I want to make myself a black and white one, just cause. I like it's jumbled look. See:

I'm really excited about how smooth it came out. I was pretty anal about that part. The smaller the strips, the better, because the bangle is domed. I lurves it.

19  Vintage Pinup Necklaces in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by miserylovesme on: August 15, 2007 02:34:10 PM
Are you guys tired of these yet?  Cheesy I'm finally getting to where I can cut the hearts without much waste. I think it may be more cost/time efficient to just buy them. Where's the fun in that? I dunno. Anyway, here are my new necklaces!

20  Maybe I want to look trashy. in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by miserylovesme on: August 14, 2007 06:17:31 PM
Cheesy I cut the wooden heart with a jig, sanded it, applied the ephemera and glazed for high shine.

I pretty much love this one. I'm sure every girl has snapped this back at her mother a couple of times. Well, most anyway.

What do you think?
