1  COOKING / Dessert / dried cherries on: June 16, 2004 02:36:57 PM
my boyfriend and i picked about a pound of cherries yesterday and decided to dry them out. only we don't have a dehydrator or anything more than an old oven. he's under the impression that we just stick them in there for a few hours at a low temp and they'll be fine. but i'm worried that doing that will just kinda bake the cherries to our pans in their own juices.
does anyone know anything about this?
thanks...
