2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Should I keep my prom dress? Help me out guys! on: April 27, 2008 01:29:45 PM
I agree with the many posts before this one saying that you should rework the top. The bottom half is glorious, I just think that you need to even out the bust area.

It's adorable! And o sweet lord, do I want your shoes...
4  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Post Secret Swap Round 2! on: December 19, 2007 10:37:14 AM
I've been lurking on this thread, cause I missed the sign ups for this particular round of the PS Swap Sad. I can really identify with some of your secrets, so thanks for sharing!
In particular...
vegetarian - my roommate recently decided that she wanted to become a vegetarian. She originally wanted to go vegan, but that just didn't work. Like kjlutz said, even if you just cut down on meat, it's a big improvement. That's actually one of my new year's resolutions this year, to become as vegetarianish as I can.
...I am going to try to do this too in 2008! Good luck!

7  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: JOODITO color-block obsession. on: September 04, 2007 01:43:28 AM
I love the second one. I think I'd like the inside of it more if it were lined with the herringbone, though.

Overall these are amazing.

Holy god, I want that second one. (I just had a bad day of back-to-school jacket shopping Sad) Did you make the pattern for it?
9  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Rachael Ray... love and hate. on: July 18, 2007 07:49:19 PM
I dislike that her recipes take more than 30 minutes for a normal person to cook.  Sure, I could cook that fast if I did it for a living, and my blood was 97% caffeine...

True that. My mom and I tried to make some chicken dish with wine sauce and homemade gnocchi and, although extraordinarily delicious, my family sat down to eat dinner...right around 11pm.

I love it! Very pretty fabric and definitely a cute style.
