quick question. How long can you store the fondant before using it?

My friend wants me to make her a cake for her birthday. It's on a wednesday though and I'm always busy in the middle of the week so I want to make it before hand so I don't stress out while making it.

i quite enjoy the zipper and might have to steal the idea!

I used an existing one just because I didn't want to fiddle around too much and spend all the time trying to get it to fit right. lol. I guess you can say I was being lazy. haha
