I made this bag the other day, experimenting with a round shape.  This is just a first prototype -- I'm hoping to make it shorter and fatter with more depth.  The peacock print is from a thrift store dress I found.  The strap is adjustable so that that it can be worn on one shoulder, or across the body.  ITS BIG!

Wow what a huuuge thread this has turned into.  Dutch! That bracelet is fantastic! My boss would love it.

Or maybe I'm just tooting my own horn on that one.  This one turned out incredibly well.  I always find that when I'm making a bag I always run into a problem here or there but this one went along really smoothly!  Hooray hooray hooray.  It features my latest idea for bags -- the cellphone pocket.  Since I love using big bags I always end up digging through to find my cellphone or keys.  I attached a hanging pocket close to the top of the bag to rectify this problem.

I made this great little black lined zipper pouch and screenprinted with my print gocco.  This was my first time using my gocco and it was so so neat!

I just added some pretty flower pins to my bags!! They're completely detachable.  I made them out of fake flowers that I deconstructed, pin backings and buttons!

I made this about a year ago for my portfolio for a fashion design program.  It's a wrap shirt ( I can't remember the pattern name/number) but its what I was most proud of so I thought I'd share:

I made this bag a couple weeks ago and it turned out so well that I'm going to keep making them. It has a lined zipper pocket on the inside and closes with a magnetic snap.  I used a decorators fabric for the exterior so it holds its shape well!


I found a really great vintage flower pin that I attached -- I think it completes the whole look!  Let me know what you think!
