Duh, I forgot to put that I guess.  My HotHead was about 40 bucks.  Delphi, an online company, sells a HotHead kit, with everything you need to get started, except the MAPP gas, for about $130.  There is a link in my previous post to their site.  You will also need vermiculite, which is sold at home improvement stores for about $3 for a giant bag, and a crock pot.  You put the vermiculite in the crock pot and heat it for about 30 minutes and then you put your completed beads in there to cool slowly.  You can use fiber blankets, which usually come with the kits, but I didn't like em.
