1  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / Sail cloth handbags on: August 15, 2007 05:08:42 AM
Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I'm making a handbag for a present out of sailcloth, and I'm a bit stuck for designs.  There's lots of bags out there made from the thick sail cloth material, but I've got the thin spinnaker sailcloth, which is really flimsy and I'm not sure that it will take well to interfacing.

Any suggestions would be welcome, and if anyone has any experience doing this I'd love to hear from them!

Cheers,

Helen
