I have a couple of patterns that are pdf downloads and slightly larger than my daughter can wear right now. 

Can I simply print them out scaling them down in order to get the size I need?

I found this fabric on Etsy and I'm trying to figure out who the manufacturer is.  Does anyone know?

So please go easy on me!  Here's a dress I made my five-week old baby.  It's been a while since I sewed anything.  I got a bunch of remnants to practice with, and this one actually turned out pretty well!
