66 Potter Pond, Lexington. 10-1 September 27. Not easily accessible
by Public Trans, although it is right off of Trapelo Road in Waltham,
which public trans does go to  (and, if you ask us reeeeeaally nicely, we might even pick you up at Trapelo, 'cause there aren't any sidewalks down to Potter Pond and we want artistes to have what they need!! LOL!).
2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / All Wash(er)ed Up on: March 10, 2007 03:06:05 PM
So, I needed 2 washers, but the hardware store had them only in bags of 50.  So, what to do with the other 48?  Make a bracelet, of course.  I'll wear it every time I go to the hardware store, which is much too often.

3  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / My Niece's Chainmail on: February 14, 2007 08:25:07 PM
I have been a professional, make my living through jewelry for many years.
My niece, who will be 13 in April, has always been interested in it, and a few years ago, I started to teach her metalsmithing.

For her upcoming birthday, she wants me to teach the girls chainmail.  BUT she decided that she wanted to learn first, so that she could make them each a bracelet as a party favor.

So, since she is not a member of this or any other forum (her parents don't let her have a lot of computer time for good reason) I told her that I would post her bracelets for her friends so that everyone could oooooh and aaah over them.
