61  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Down and Dirty Gazpacho Recipe on: June 13, 2006 10:53:59 AM
I am in FL where it gets super warm in the summer, this is like a meal version of what watermelon makes me feel like after I eat it on a hot day...
Enjoy

Gazpacho Recipe

This is my favorite soup.  Please add/delete ingredients to your liking.

5 ripe tomatoes
1 bell pepper
1 cucumber ( take the seeds out)
1 large onion
garlic ( fresh I usually put 3 cloves)
1/4 cup lemon juice
cumin-to your liking
cayenne-to your liking
salt -to your liking
olive oil ( recipe asks for two tablespoons, I don't use much)
1 can tomato juice
Put all ingredients in a food processor, chop to your liking.  I can't fit it all in one time so I do it 2 or three times, dump it all in a big bowl and add the entire can of tomato juice, but you do not have to.  Do not eat until the next day and make sure it is very cold.  Some people add sour cream ( will kill the bite if you were cayenne happy), and croutons.
62  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / Labels on: May 17, 2006 09:20:29 AM
Hi guys,

I ordered these labels today, they are a little bit expensive but I wanted to give Jenny credit, and I will buy them from her if she starts to make them.

This is the website I bought them from:
http://conntext.com

And here is the label, the font is "Girls are Weird: and they are iron-ons.

Hope this helps!!

These are some of the first things I have done.  I started out with napkins cause they were a bit easier to work with...I have moved onto baby diapers and towels.  I am sorry some of them are blurry..
