I made this bag for myself, then I was going to sell it, and now I think I am going to keep it cause I love it so much. I got the pattern from Niamh at www.urbanthreads.com the patterns are great and my friend said when she bought digitized ones there she couldn't beat the price and they were super detailed. She sells both hande embroidery and machine patterns.
I made these for gifts for people since it is going to be a very sparse holiday due to low funds. They are 8x8 cotton crate and barrel cocktail napkins. They are a dream to work with and sttich on, a bit pricy but I found them a couple years ago when I started to embroider and bought a ton. They still have them but the shipping is murder.. The pattern comes from www.wildolove.etsy.com ( I modified the person who made the patterns someone was nice enough to tell me I listed the wrong artist..oops..sorry)
I have been super busy getting ready for two shows. I have been trying to work on all sorts of things...Here are some.
