I totally agree with the understaffing problem. I've seen people walk out because they can't be bothered waiting in the queue any longer. Anyhow, if you go to their website you are able to email them and give them some feedback. I wrote to them and they called me promptly the next morning to talk to me.
Oh and yes, the waiting time for the queue in the fabric section is heinous! I have worked in retail so I can really sympahtise. I asked the girl at the counter "You guys are flat out today! Is there a quiet time when I could come in?" and her response was "There is no quiet time. Its always like this, even on Monday nights." In my opinion they are understaffed, but hey why employ more staff when you can just pay your current staff less and make them do more?Has anyone seen feedback forms or the like instore? I'd love to make some comments about the understaffing, for the customers sakes as well as the staff!
