25  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Pottery, Ceramics, etc: Discussion and Questions / Japanese Mousse Paper Decoration Clay? on: July 09, 2009 06:39:18 AM
Hi all hope you are ok.

I have just bought some Japaneses Mousse Paper Decoration Clay

Because I bought it from Hong Kong I cannot read the instructions. My question is how do I just use a bit of it at a time without it all hardening (I presume it is an air drying product)?

Is there anyway I can store it so it doesn't have to be all used at once or go off?

Thanks for any help.

Hugs

Hi George

what camera do you use to take your photos of your jewellery. I want a really good camera to take macro shots and your photos always look so professional and clear.

As usual lovely jewellery

Take care

28  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Selling Crafts on Etsy.com / Re: The (new) Etsy critique thread! on: May 20, 2009 03:50:15 PM
Thanks for that Lou, I will go and check that site out now and see what's available near me. I was always a bit put off with Craft fairs as I never know if they are for people selling things to make crafty items with or to sell items they have made with their crafts or both! Any help lol  Embarrassed

Thanks again

Hi all thanks for all your lovely comments. Feeling a bit low at the moment and your comments have brightened up my day.

As for the sealant/gloss I use DecoArt DuraClear Varnish Gloss/Brilliant. I bought it from Hobbycraft here in the UK. Not sure if it's any help for you.

Hi guys thanks for all of your help, I really appreciate it. I have just bought some silver chain and I am going to go buy some black satin cord tomorrow. I am just in the middle of taking photos of the backs of the charms and measuring them up to to add the dimensions to the product descriptions. If anyone has any other help or advise I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks all again for reading this and taking the time to help me out, I really appreciate it.

Loukr I am from Manchester, how about you?

Hugs
