Okay, I'm normally okay at darts, but since this thread was started...what am I doing wrong on a bust dart if it makes me look like I'm wearing a cone bra?  Is the sizing wrong?

your dart is coming too close to the apex of your breast.  the point of the shoulder dart should be at least an inch away from your apex (basically your nipple line).    as well if you have a dart below your bust it should be approximately two inches below your apex.
