OOh if you do decide to try this I would LOVE to see the outcome!

The whole reason why I made this is because I had a picture in my head, but had no idea where to even start. I had looked at sewing patterns and such and was just too much effort. So I decided to think of a way to make my own and this is what I came up with. I actually had no idea hat forms even existed.(hehe)

The ones I have made are very sturdy and so so cheap it blows my mind. I couldn't have spent over like $3-$4 on the entire thing.

remnant material-75 cents
glue and newspaper-laying around the house FREE!
tulle-about 25 cents (it was like 75 cents a yard)
adhesive- it was laying around the house also, but I don't believe it is too expensive.

So really I was sort of off I only paid $1 for this hat! umm wow just wow.
