1  Charger and LadyBug Blanket in Crochet: Completed Projects by tangledfingers on: August 23, 2007 05:14:27 PM
Hee hee... not on one blanket!

I made a Charger blanket for a coworkers birthday. I had very little time, so its a Q hook, double strand blanket o goodness. It's sc with a fpdc every so often.

The second yellow stripe is the same color as the first, wonky photo.

I also made a LadyBug blanket for a coworker who's niece is having a baby girl. She is registered for the cutest pink ladybug set at BabiesRUs. Its also double strand, baby clouds and simply soft, with a simple scalloped edge. I crocheted a ladybug and sewed it on the corner.

3  Red Paperboy Hat in Crochet: Completed Projects by tangledfingers on: June 06, 2007 09:36:49 PM
This hat killed me. It started out as such a good idea. My aethetician said she couldnt find a red paperboy hat anywhere. I thought, I could make her one!! After hearing my plea, my fellow craftsters came thru, as always and provided me with this pattern.

This is the final product.

5  Re: Fat Bottom Bag CAL... anyone? in Crochetalongs by tangledfingers on: April 14, 2007 08:17:10 PM
Yay, I'm finished, and hubby is finally home with camera  Grin

Without further ado, my fatbottom purse:

the lining (I can't sew to save my life, please forgive me sewing gods):

Close up of details (lining, tortoiseshell handles, and purchased beaded flower pin):

I used lion brand cotton in Sagebrush, tortoiseshell handles I found at Joanns, and the lining and pin I also found at Joanns. I am so glad I finally made this, and so upset it took me so darn long. (I've had the book since it's release Shocked)

Ta Da! Work in progress... I wish the lighting was better, the baby blue is actually baby blue with flecks of green, red, bright blue, pink, yellow, and more. Hopefully I will have a finished product here soon!
