3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / New baby sweater for my niece..yes I'm an aunty now! on: February 27, 2005 05:37:25 PM
This is my latest Fo. The minty green baby cardi was finished right before chinese new year and same goes to the hot pink booties. The cardi pattern is from Debbie Bliss's book and the booties is from Zoe Mellor - Adorable knits for tots. I use Zara Filatura Dicrosa for the baby cardi and Stahl Belami for the booty. I made two pairs of booties, one for my sis 1st born baby girl and one for my niece is Ireland. Both babies were born two weeks apart.

5  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / first attempt on felted bag on: May 22, 2004 12:52:26 AM
This bag is very similar to SnB Marsupiah Tote. As you can see I added more stitches to the width of the bag so that I can fit some of my bigger knitting books. I really like how it turns out and I think next time around I'll try a brighter color or may be add some extra touches to the bag. (sew some beads on or may be felted flowers)

This cream bag is my own design....first attempt:) What do you all think? I haven't figure out how to spice it up yet. I brought it to work last week and my co worker really likes it. Im going to add it to my x'mas project list.

6  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / New sweater for me and hubby on: May 19, 2004 11:24:45 PM
Finally got time to sew up these two baby !
This one is for my hubby. I have been knitting this baby forever, i'm so glad it is all done. My hubby was complaining it is way to heavy to wear it out. I'm pretty sure it will probably be sitting in the closet for awhile.
