They are offering classes to be certified in some of their products, it is open to just about anyone- there is tuition involved. This could be a great opportunity for someone interested in working in an AC Moore or Michael's. Tim Holz is scheduled to teach the first class!!! Yowza!

39  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Dressing up those gift cards! w/ a short tut. on: November 30, 2006 10:43:12 AM
I made a few of these this weekend to put my gift cards in for all my teenage neices and nephews. They can hang on my tree till I bring it to them to hang on their tree!
Here is my version of the gift card holder-

You cut a 3 to 4 " x 9 " piece of felt. Fold in half widthwise and glue sides (I actually used hot glue). this forms your pouch. Decorate with whatever jewels, flowers, snowflakes, etc.... that you have. Trim with a 14" piece of 3/8" wide decorative ribbon ( also applied with hot glue) and viola" a wonderful looking envelope/pouch.
40  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / More ATC's- My view of the world on: October 06, 2006 08:37:34 PM
For those who do not know-ATC's are miniature art works that are designed to be traded between artists-hence the name Artist Trading Cards (ATC). They can be made individually or in series around a theme. The only true rule for ATC's is that they must measure 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" exactly. No more-no less. Otherwise- it's up to the artist to express themselves in whatever medium they prefer.

Here are some of the ATC's I have made recently- if you want to trade-PM me to check on availability of item.
