I did a lot of supply shopping this week... I think I bought too much, haha!  Cheesy Bunnyface (and her crew) are gonna get spoiled.

Macbeth also has (or at least, had when I sent!) four beads glued on the back, so that it can sit on top of the paperback box as a lid. Smiley I had a lot of fun making that!

My god, I am in love with that Steampunk flash drive! And the note in the ring is so fantastic.

Oh, man, metal documentaries. Has anyone else seen "Decline of Western Civilization (Part 1)"? It makes fun of the metal/hair metal bands quite a bit, but I still love it. It's all interviews of the bands, and some of it's hilarious, other parts are kind of sad - like the bands that you've never, ever heard of who are really certain that they're gonna be huge. But it includes Ozzy making breakfast and Gene Simmons in bed with three groupies.

I am so excited for this swap. I keep thinking of bands I forgot, or stuff I would love to have. I told a friend the other day that I want a totally metal tea cozy.

Hello, everyone!

My name is Fallon (I picked it myself) and I'm 21 years old. Right now I work part-time in retail while I figure out how to make money from the things I'm more passionate about doing - primarily, crafting, singing, drawing, and math.  Cheesy

I like to think of myself as a jack-of-all-crafts - I dabble in just about everything I can get my hands on, and I'm always looking for new things to try. My main craft, I guess, would be knitting, but it's hard to pick.

Aside from crafting, I like to cook (vegetarian), garden (even though I'm not very good yet), play D&D, and spend way too much time on the computer. Cheesy I'm trying to get myself more organized, but I'm a packrat. I learned it from my mom, who saved a lot of thing in case they could be used for craft projects later.

I'm not very good at describing myself in profiles like these. Cheesy

I love to read, especially science fiction and fantasy. I LOVE Shakespeare. I'm a huge Harry Potter fan (Go Hufflepuff!), and I've just started reading the Percy Jackson series. I love George R. R. Martin's Song of Fire and Ice, Heinlein, and Spider Robinson. I also love comic books, especially the Fables series and vintage The Shadow comics.

I don't watch movies or TV very often, but when I do, I again love sci-fi. ( <3 Firefly <3 ) Also, I tend to really like kids' movies, especially anything done by Pixar. I enjoy musicals and showtunes, and I used to be in Drama Club in high school.

My favorite color is purple. Smiley

I totally love snail mail, and I'm open to penpals from all over. I can read and write a decent amount in French, but that's about it for other languages.

If there's any other information about me that's actually important, I'm sure I've forgotten it, haha, but you can feel free to ask! I look forward to writing letters to some lovely crafters.
