1  My Pink Prom Dress in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by gabbagabbahey on: May 19, 2007 05:39:49 PM
For prom I didn't want to spend $400 on my dress or have anyone else with the same one, so I made mine.

This is before the zipper is sewn on, and it looks kind of frumpy just laying down.

This is the top and you can kind of see the sequins I sewed on

This is a picture of the whole dress, even though I was really pissed when this picture was taken.

Here's a happy picture with me and my 2 best friends!

2  DIY or Die Tote in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by gabbagabbahey on: July 05, 2006 10:12:50 AM
I made this bag a while ago to hold my knitting and crocheting stuff. I kind of stole the crafster logo thing, with the cross bones and knitting needles.
My parents hate it though, they don't really understand it's suppost be a joke.

Here's me modeling it, in my basement mirror.

Here's a picture on the ground so you can see it better.

It's pretty basic, but I'm not the greatest sewer.

3  Scarf and beauty and the beast shirt in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by gabbagabbahey on: December 20, 2005 04:19:31 PM
Ch-ch-ch check it out I just finished this scarf for a friend for christmas and the shirt for me.
Also, the scarf is made out of one of my schools color guard flags.  It was majorly ripped, so one of my guard friends asked me if I would make her a scarf out of it for christmas. (don't mind the background, my basements really messy.)

this is the shirt and scarf, I saw this shirt at the thrift store and even though it was 10 times too big and really worn in I had to have it.

here's the back

I tried to scrunch the sides so it would fit tigher

4  Sticker Machines in Discussion and Questions by gabbagabbahey on: September 05, 2004 08:07:16 PM
sry if i have this in the wrong spot, but i didnt really know where it went.

I was on joanns.com and i saw some sticker machines on there.  I was wondering if anyones ever tried them, and if they have do they like them?  I thought it would be sweet to make some band stickers with it, or maybe make some group picture with your friends into stickers to stick like on your folders and binders for school.

I just wanted to get some peoples opions on them though, before i actully plopped down the cash, incase their a peice of junk.
maybe some people whould know some good models of sticker machines

here's the one i saw on jo anns its a Xyron 500 Create-A-Sticker Machine for 31.00
