Alright so i love this tutorial and i made a purse already from it--i was just wondering if it would be possible to add a zipper to the top of it?? Any help would be wonderful!!! I'm lost!

This is for my lovely dog i'm assigned to at school =Clementine.(i named her of course..) She's an old lady beagle, which i'm spoiling her rotten...
Here's the first picture i got of her before my camera died... Angry

The orange part has a zipper on the end so its removable/washable. I just made a jean pillow and stuffed it for the inside..
I'm bringing it to her tomorrow, along with her new leash and harness...
Hopefully she'll like her new bed.  Smiley

just on a regular grey t shirt.

the first time i used the freezer paper method... i was very happy with the results.
i had previously cut them out on cardstock, then traced it onto those plastic folders, and then cut it out--which took twice and much cutting, but it was a permanent stencil..
but i decided to try the freezer paper way, and i like it... Smiley

I whipped these out in no time, using some old fabric that had been in my drawers forever!

they are all reversible but these two especially!

I already ripped the lining out...
i'm just at a loss at what to paint/decoupage one the outside!!!
i was going to decoupage oragami paper on the outside,but i laid it all out and it was waaay to busy!

Any ideas/thoughts?!?!

I did pad the strap with some batting to make it soft and comfy!

So i tottally got this old hard suitcase that i want to 'reconstruct', basically paint/decopage the outside and tear out the lining on the inside.. i was wondering if anyones done this before and had any tips or if anyone knows any websites??

So i'm attempting to make a padded thing for a strap for a messenger bag.... like this:


I attempted to make my own 'bias tape' out of fabric... but it didn't work very well:



Any tips for sewing around the curves work? Or any other ideas on how to make it??
