1  A Boy-Bot Is Born!! in CHALLENGE 15 ENTRIES by LoveArtScene on: October 04, 2006 06:25:20 PM
So I'm more than ecstatic to finally be able to show you my first robot ever!  Grin
He was specially crafted for the "Two Year Anniversary" for my boyfriend (back in June...heh kinda late huh?) My boyfrirend loves him, and my little sister has tried to snatch him several times.
Boy-Bot was compulsively crafted and was completed in three (very sleepless) days.
He is made out of a vibrant aqua felt, and detailed with pom-poms and embroidery floss.
His tush is weighted down with pimentos-beans, and the rest is stuffed with Polly-fill!
Boy-Bot also has adjustable 'tennas made of wire. I know he's not really scary or anything, but he's a nice friend. I hope ya'll enjoy!

Not fully dressed without a smile!

His little heart-stich detail.

And his little meter's n doo-dads to wrap it up!

Have a great day!

[p.s.]- don't tell Boy-Bot, but there might be a Girl-Bot on the way!  Wink

3  Re: The Art of Makeup in Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions by LoveArtScene on: August 08, 2006 04:32:36 PM
This is my first post with pictures, so I hope this turns out well Smiley

anyways, I've been playing with "odd" make-up as my mother puts it since seventh grade, and I've always loved dark colors, and night scene make-up. So hopefully you can see some fun things I've tried. One thing I've found out is that my mascara really irritated my eyes since I have allergies and wear contacts. But then I found this great stuff by Neutrogena called "lash tint" and it works wonderfully for me! It doesn't clump, and it doesn't cake on and look totally fake. Smiley
