I really love qazicat's licorice allsort tin (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=89389.0) so for my first polymer project I decided to do a variation on the theme - a chocolates tin.

I'm sure it doesn't need much explanation Cheesy

This is my first post on Craftster; in the last few months it's become my very favourite site, hooray Smiley

This was a very simple project. My air conditioner/heater is decades old and it works really well (far better than the newer ones elsewhere in the house!), but it's made of awful dark brown plastic wood-lookalike stuff and it's always brought the pretty down in my room.

So, a few weeks ago I bought some printed scrapbooking paper and cut it out to fit the panels, and I stuck it on with double-sided tape.

The results:

and a close-up (pity I didn't think to dust it, haha):

Like I said, really simple, but it's so much brighter than before! Good value for effort Cheesy
