Yes, it does have to be butter to make toffee. Margarine will NOT do it. Too much water, not enough fat content

Another great packing material is air popped corn. I have used this numerous time. It costs pennies to buy and make. When the item gets to its destination, the recipient usually feeds the popcorn to the birds:)

How do you attach the top cover? I have a jogging stroller just like that except it has a top on it.
I just bought a bundle me at the consignment store, but love the way yours looks.
