1  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Earrings and bracelet! on: September 29, 2008 03:49:54 PM
My first attempt at a bracelet with a single plier. I know it is no good.  Cry It does not look pretty. I am a loser.

Please give me your suggestions on improvisation.
2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / cute multicolored digicam pouch on: May 07, 2008 11:08:02 AM
My Pink digicam had a leather case that came with it. But I am quite fastidious when it comes to pouches and purses. So, yesterday, I created a pattern for it myself after much experimentation. The colors blend well with the metallic pink exterior of the cam. I was not very happy with the button but did not have the patience to go and get a new one. However, it does not look any odd on it and the size is quite appropriate. So here it goes...

Thanx for looking. Grin
3  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Need help with stitches on: May 06, 2008 06:41:38 PM
Hi,

I m going wrong! I have been crocheting for a few years yet this thing is not perfect.

Ok... what i did is to make 6 ch and do dc s all around. But from round 2 onwards i am going wrong. Sad I sl st and then make a chain and then dc in the same space and then dc around. But when it comes to the same spot i need not dc in the stitch before there since the number is correct but if i leave it the gap shows.

pls explain how to crochet around the chain without going wrong with the number... i hope u get my point.

I usually do not get more than half a dozen responses for my posts. I like to think that its due to my crappy pics than my work. Grin

here goes my Shell shawl, another crappy pic...Its not my original pattern.I lifted the basic pattern from somewhere and altered it.

Thinking whether to add fringes to the shawl. What say guys?

7  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / pink scarf,coin purse,camera case & new tote bag on: February 27, 2008 02:23:28 PM
Hi dears, Grin

I am not a great crocheter like u all. But out of need and as a productive occupation I crocheted a few things last week. Roll Eyes

This is the pink scarf I made out of Caron simply soft....You can see the coin purse in there too.

I created this cute lil drawstring purse out of dire need. My husband has the habit of spilling out the extra coins on the table after coming from office. In order to save them I made it.

This in real is not a camera case though it fits one well.It now contains my small income I get from any kind of crafting.

Do give me you valuable suggestions..Luv u all. Wink
