11  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: Push Pins Part II, Nintendo, Gumby and More!!! on: May 19, 2006 10:37:50 AM
I eat them! Brian is my favorite! I also like kirby though!
How about a Yoshi or pacman?

Oooh pacman! I totally forgot about pacman, that would be so simple and cute, thanks!

How about Smurfs or more Gumby charaters (I liked the Blockheads, personally), or Yoshi is good, or Donkey Kong?  Maybe getting too big/tricky though . . .

Those are some great ideas too! More Gumby would be awsome, the best part about that is that they're claymation so making the pins is an easy transition. I really want to make a Donkey Kong, Smurf and Yoshi, perhaps just the head would work out well, I like a challenge Smiley Maybe a Nintendo controller will be next! Thanks for the ideas!

Well it took a little while, but I finally got around to getting a picture of more of my push pins. These were made for my boyfriend for a few different occasions. First row is: Gumby, then open beak Pingu, and an ice cream sandwich. Second row is: Brian from Family Guy, excited Kirby, and finally the third row is: closed mouth Pingu and my personal favourite a Mario mushroom! I need some more Nintendo related ideas to make more pins, any more ideas welcome  Cheesy

Those are really cool!  I should make some South Park ones for my little brother.

Thanks! Actually, that's funny I made the South Park set for my brother as a Christmas gift this year, he asked me where I got them, and was surprised to find out I made them. I make these pins for people on differnt occasions, the hard part is trying to come up with pins they would like, but I always get a good reaction to them. Coming soon nintendo and claymation inspired pushpins. My sister posted this project for me before I had my own account when I was a craftster novice:) I'm glad to hear you all like them so much, such a friendly community!
