1  Re: Shirt to Cardigan (adorable? yes.) AHH! TUTORIAL!! in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by x_smartie on: December 04, 2007 03:19:19 AM
Thankyou for the tutorial!
I totally had to make one for myself, and I thought I'd post the pictures here Cheesy

I appologise for the crappy myspace pose/blurry mirror shot - my mirror is so mucky! And that arrow isn't on my arm, it's on the mirror.

2  Green v-necked t-shirt hoody thing! in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by x_smartie on: May 29, 2006 05:18:10 AM
Whoo. My second recon ever! It started out life as being a mens size medium green top and an average plain black top, both bought for 5 from the local charity shop Smiley

I wasn't really very sure what i wanted to do with it, but I knew I wanted to make a hoody, and since I didn't have a zip, I decided to experiment. Which is why its v-necked and can't be worn without a top underneath since I chopped out wayyy too much. I also had to resize it, only I thought my boobs were smaller than they are, so I had to put some black stripes down the side. I couldn't be bothered to hem the sleves, and the bottom hem is verrrry bad and I really ought to rip it out and do it again, but I'm too lazy. hehe.

ON WITH THE PICTURES!

The front, modeled by my lovely carpet

The back, also on the carpet. The design was originally on the front but I swapped it to the back.

Mirror shots!

Comments? Any suggestions as well to make it better?

EDIT: SORRY! I went over the bandwiidth allowed on the pictures, so I hope they are working now Smiley
