Well i found these cool melt and pour soaps that i want to make for christmas.

Using clear melt-and-pour soap, embed tiny holiday ornaments inside. Finish with a thin layer of white opaque soap, you've created Snow Globe Soaps!
My first problem is: How do you make melt and pour soaps? Huh
Secondly, how would you make clear melt an pou soaps
Any help would be very much apreciated!!!
