This is a robot I knitted from a pattern in Knit1.
 I put pipecleaners in his limbs so they would be poseable.

Isn't he adorkable?

In the beginning of my knitting, all I made were super-bulky yarn hatsand scarves...I bought too much superbulky yarn...a lot of it is fuzzy or fluffy so it doesn't show stitches well...any ideas what to knit with it? Oh, also it is just random skeins, like one of each kind....yikes. thanks.

  I used a pattern off of the martha stewart site for a basic hat and made my own additions.It is for a girl at my school.

Using the piggy mobile monster pattern in snbn I altered it slightly to make the Evil Kitty Phone Cozy!!

I used felt for the eyes and nose. What do you guys think? (pardon the picture, it was taken on a webcam)

I have seen a few (very cool!) offbeat projects here such as the knitted womb and the chicken viking hat and I thought it would be a cool Idea to put some of them in one place...So..If you have a finished project or a link to a pattern for an atypical knitting project please post it here!

You know those tube thingies that slip over your head and sit around your neck and it it gets really cold you can pull them up to cover your mouth and nose? where (on the net preferably) can I find a pattern for one that would be appropriate for a man to wear?
