1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / All-American Blanket on: September 01, 2007 08:03:28 AM
I made this American flag blanket for my aunt and uncle (he's in the navy) and I thought I would share it with you all. It took me soo long to do, but they were happy with it so it worked out.

(Please ignore my crappy sewing job)

Thanks for looking!
2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / COOL PONCHO on: April 20, 2007 08:33:35 AM
I found a free pattern to make a poncho with lion brand Incredible yarn, which is more like ribbon than yarn but i digress. I didn't really like how the poncho looked, so I decided to just make my own with the same yarn. I think it turned out pretty nice, although i made it a little too big so I had to put a little tie onto it to keep it from falling off my shoulders.

3  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Baby stuff!!! on: April 13, 2007 09:30:15 AM
My boyfriend's brother and sister-in-law are having a baby, so I made this baby blanket and hat for them. The baby is due in May and they already know it's going to be a boy, Sammy.

Here's the blanket (complete with my cat, binx. sorry, she's an attention whore):

and here's the hat, complete with a pompom:

The yarn is so soft I'm thinking about making an adult baby blanket for me. Thanks for looking!  Smiley
4  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / my hexagon blanket on: February 23, 2007 09:15:14 AM
Hey all! I know there's been a lot of these posted lately, but I've been working on mine so long and I just finished it so I have to share it with you. I had a lot of extra yarn (who am I kidding, I still do) so i starting making hexagons to use it up.

5  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / My First Crocheted Hat w/ pics on: December 12, 2006 11:17:28 AM
This is my first attempt to crochet a hat. The colors are my favorite part, I love how they look like they're wrapping around the hat.

This one is me wearing it with the scarf I knitted from the same yarn:

It took me a few tries to get the pattern to match my head. It's still a little loose but I think it turned out well  Smiley
