11  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Dishalicious Dishcloth/Washcloth Swap Round 3 GALLERY on: July 21, 2007 09:13:32 AM
Hey! I got my package this week. It contained two lovely dishcloths (one knit, one crocheted) and a special surprise: some beautiful hand-made stitch markers! I was very happy to receive them, as I've just learned how to knit and only every used the crappy plastic variety.

Thanks so much, uknowuluvit!

I got my package last week! It was sooooo worth the wait.
There was a wonderful elephant (Pachami), an adorable super cat (Kitty Catnip), and a nice journal that has a story about each of my new creatures. Here's a group shot:

And here's a close up of a the free-standing Pachami, who had earned a place of honor with my elephant collection!  Grin

Thank you so much, Luckie_Strike!

Yippiedoo! I'm so glad you liked everything. I'm also happy kitty approved (very important).
loulou54: I got the fabric at a Repot Depot booth at a craft fair about a year ago. I don't think they still have it, but they've got some other "far out" patterns...

That is just obscenely cool! After a project like that, I would want to hide the embroidery floss away so that I wouldn't have to look at it for a while  Grin
