21  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: A Super Bright, "Sweet" Big Brother Quilt on: May 16, 2013 04:02:42 AM
I think it's a) a wonderful, fun, and thoughtful gift and b) great that you used your stash fabrics.  That's why we collect fabrics - to use when the muse is upon us!

Too cute dresses!  You have super powers!
23  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Plain Spoken on: April 15, 2013 03:30:22 AM
Your quilt is beautiful!  Your hand quilting is fine.  I can't do it the "right" way either, but two or three stitches at a time gets it done.  I bet you have another quilt in you.  <S>

Love it!  These would match my room perfectly!
25  CLOTHING / Clothing for Curvaceous Craftsters: Completed Projects / Re: Gertie's portrait blouse with an FBA on: April 04, 2013 04:23:27 AM
Your blouse turned out great!  Are you blessed with "beginner's luck"?
26  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Striped T-shirt Yarn Rug on: March 07, 2013 04:54:36 AM
Exactly right, Maria!  Make the starting chain as long as the rug is wide.  Always working from right to left on the "right" side of the work, leaving a long tail at both ends for the fringe.  Can you guess I hate weaving in ends?  <S>

Very nice!  What joining method did you use?
28  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Crochet bows on: January 31, 2013 04:08:50 AM
Just a little translation for Americans - trebles = double crochet and double crochet = single crochet.  The bows are so cute and easy to do.  Thanks for sharing.

One of my favorite images beautifully executed.  Wonderful!
30  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Denim Power Up Quilt on: January 24, 2013 05:34:41 AM
Beautiful!  This is like the Japanese "boro" (rags) bed covers.  They use every bit of cloth and patch the patches.
