1  I Need Stripper Shoes! in Clothing for Curvaceous Craftsters: Completed Projects by BlkRze on: June 30, 2007 02:10:02 PM
So this is my latest recon.I bought this dress from the thrift store. The black midsection is actually a cami that got too small for me( I say that like it shrunk.I'm almost a size 24 now.It was an 18) So I just chopped some and sewed some.I thought the dress as a solid animal print was too overwhelming and the black balanced it.Not a major recon but I like. It's very short. When I walk it runs WAY up...hence needing stripper shoes.lol.

Close up of material. There are some dot sequince stuff on it that fall off.Annoying

2  All bras should run when I'm bored!!! in Clothing for Curvaceous Craftsters: Completed Projects by BlkRze on: May 03, 2007 07:45:09 AM
Ok so I know this is no big feat but I thought it was cute.Being bored can always turn up some intresting things. This is what I did with a retired push up bra.The underwire came out the padding was removed (because I  didnt need it). This is no where near functional.Im thinking about mounting it onto a piece of stretched canvas and calling it art.

5  Re: Fashionably late convertible dress in Clothing for Curvaceous Craftsters: Completed Projects by BlkRze on: February 22, 2007 11:35:26 AM
Rostichery's tute is the best.It was so easy to follow and the dress took like no time at all.
This is beautiful, and I love the print! And it will look good WITH black, which is often an issue in my wardrobe. I followed the links from people in this thread, but many of the patterns and sites are no longer available! Did you get a pattern online? Is there one available? And, is your fabric a jersey? You are totally rocking it.

Here's a virtual bouquet of congratulation!

Wow. Thank you for the flowers. You rock.My dress is actually a poly/spandex blend.I found it at Joanns on clearance for 2 bucks

I'm guessing viwe 1 and view 9  Wink you be careful if you DO wear them after a strong drink LOL
It looks lovely on you, that print is really pretty
