So I'm making a bunch of scrapbooks for my friends and I so that we can remember our years together when we graduate high school in June, and then our last official summer together. I'm doing pages where we both journal on our friendship and I'm really stuck on this layout with my friend Angela. Here are my options:

I'm planning on using bright yellow for my mats (the same color as the yellow flower in the picture) and so far these are my embellishments:
Flower ribbon stickers
Many floral tags in different shapes and color tags (also stickers)

What one do you think would work best? Or do you have other ideas? Please, I really need some help on this. I hate being indecisive sometimes. Thanks!

OK, so the Christmas/holiday season has passed and we made it  Grin From what I've seen in the thread the gifts were amazing and overall, well received (yay! Cheesy). Now here are my questions for you:

  • What are some of your favorite gifts that you made that you would recommend to someone else?
  • Any gifts that you didn't make but would love to for next year?

So I'm loading my new Nancy Drew game (Legend of the Crystal Skull) and I'm thinking "Hmm... there should be a ND swap!"

I know personally I would LOVE to receive ND PC-game related stuff. But it wouldn't have to be limited to just that. The books and new movie could be included as well. I have soooo many ideas in my head!

Maybe after the new year if there is any interest in it? I haven't looked over the rules but I don't think I can organize it, so we would need someone to volunteer for that job.

What do you say guys and gals?

Ok, so I bought myself a laptop from Dell in the summer, after saving up spare change for 3 years and birthday money, etc. Well it's my little baby now and I need a good messenger bag to carry it around in for university next year (but need one soon because I like to take it to my grandparents and the library periodically). The thing is, I can't find any styles I like in the patterns I like. I really like the style of these two:

So if anyone makes, or knows of a site that sells laptop bags in this style could they please drop a line. I'm getting desperate. Also I'm willing to pay up to $100 Canadian (which is basically 100 American, since they are matched right now).

So I am doing 5, yes that's right 5 books for my friends for graduation. I decided that, to cut down on costs, I would do about 20 pages in the actual book, then the second part of the book which is just between me and the girl receiving the scrapbook, on a CD through digital scrap booking. Now, I know my way around somewhat photo programs. We have Adobe Photoshop Limited Edition and I'm having some trouble with a page. How do I put an image in behind it. I tried using layers, but it doesn't work.

My sister just graduated from grade 8 last night and her grad gift was a silver iPod Nano. Now my sister is notorious for scratching things up (not to mention loosing things!!). So, I would like to make her an iPod cozy to protect the thing before it is too late. Plus she doesn't really like pink, and that is the only iPod cozy we have laying around (for the family iPod). I've been searching for 2 hours. ANYONE have a pattern for a skull iPod Nano cozy? Thanks!
