With a splitting headache and frustration at my own ineptitude (I had to rip out the top seam 5 times after failing to get the inside/outside/rightside/wrongside thing correct) I FINALLY made a Jordy bag. I am hooked!
The pink looks more like salmon here. Interior photo has better color.

I found a magnetic snap and used a thicker piece of interfacing on the backside. I think next bag, I'll use a larger size so that when I grab the opening, I'll actually grab a piece of the interfacing.
