I am working on this pattern and I am having an issue of sorts. I am fallowing the corrected pattern too. So on the 4th and 5th rows somehow i keep making my piece al gathery where I am joining it. So it wants to like get all bunchy almost like i'm trying to make a hat. What in the world am I doing wrong?
I work a graveyard shift in a call center and the other night a few of us were knitting and crocheting. This girl has the nerve to go "Oh wow that would bore me to death I guess I could do it if I wanted to sleep." Mind you this girl was whining that she was "so bored" and "so tired" because there weren't really any calls. I however was NOT bored at all and the night flew by for me. When it was time to go home I gathered up my supplies and trotted out smiling while she was dragging her feet. She hasn't said such things since and honestly she'll probably end up crocheting at some point ahahahahaha.
My blog isn't strictly crochet but it's definitely got a lot of crochet in it! http://glitterrayne.livejournal.com My crafty entries are public and my more personal stuff is friends only but if you have an LJ feel free to add me
I am looking for a place online that might carry colored skull beads. Thing is i don't want plastic ones. I am trying to make a piece for a friend and she loves skulls. Also anyone know hwere to find Goddess charms like symbols or charms of different Goddesses? I have ideas I just don't know hwere to begin lol
I will definately be making these as soon as I can get my hands on some wool yarn! Thank you for posting a tutorial. I couldeven work on some to wear to work as long as i could find a natural color that would grow out of a human head (that is the rule at worl lol)
All of your blankets are lovely!!! I would like to thank everyone who has helped me out with this project and figuring out the pattern. I am now on round six and moving along nicely. I'll have pics when I get some batteries in my digicam.
