1  Victorian Inspired Comp Dress! NEW ACTION PICS! in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by purrr4kitty on: October 12, 2006 02:50:27 PM
well my hairdresser won the regional hair comp a couple of months back so shes going up to the supreme nationals this weekend! so, she asked me to dress her model as i run an independent label.

so here is the dress!
from the front its extremely conservative, but when the model turns.... its a seductive little number with cute bustle, open back and super shortness!

picaturrrres...

the models hair is going to be a deep brown and blond with LOTS of texture.

its a HUGE competition, with the color, cut and style having to contribute to the overall look, and they have a best dressed award! fingers crossed :S

tash recieved second place in the "night hair" section and tells me everyone commented on the outfit Smiley

thanks for everyones nice comments!

5  chiffon & corset top! pictures heavy. (NOW WITH TUT) in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by purrr4kitty on: April 07, 2006 04:32:18 PM
well for those who saw my last post, i have to do a themed collection for my textiles class and my theme is seven deadly sins.

this is my top for the sin, lust. im in love with it. its a mini corset/belt and 1.5m of chiffon gathered for the rest of it. whad'ya think?!  Grin

tutorial:

this is just the tutorial for the chiffon part, as the corset belt is far too complicated to explain  Undecided but any nice belt would suit just fine.
