1  If Paris Hilton had a baby, she would wear these.... in Knitting: Completed Projects by MSWKnitter on: January 07, 2007 08:32:59 PM
Here is a modified version of SnB One hour booties. I think it would look better if I made the bootie bigger next time and I am definitely trimming the annoying "fun" fur, but I had a lot of fun with this!!

is what I have so far. I think I was too ambitious to try to think I could finish it in a few days. Ugh.

3  Re: Pinwheel Baby Blanket in Knitting: Completed Projects by MSWKnitter on: November 04, 2006 03:13:13 PM

Here's my latest version...this time for very appreciative parents. I gave one to my husband's co-worker and she sent me a thank-you note saying her cats really enjoy it! I was just a tad bit unhappy about that Undecided

4  Re: blue stripey pinwheel baby blanket in Knitting: Completed Projects by MSWKnitter on: August 23, 2006 02:55:56 PM
So after about 2 months off and on I have been working on this blanket. It was with all the help this board that I was able to finish it. It is not really as bright as shown...more of a dark baby blue and light green...typical "turtle, froggy and ducks theme". I have yet to block it....but I am pretty happy so far. I made this one using Red Heart Baby Soft yarn (holding the colors together), one skein of each color. I am very happy with how it turned out and am proud right now! Thanks so much for the help!!

5  Ideas for Boucle Yarn in Knitting: Discussion and Questions by MSWKnitter on: June 04, 2006 08:07:11 PM
Hi! Well I found a good deal on some Lion's Brand Watercolors soft boucle yarn....I started to make a scarf but got bored with it VERY quick and took it apart. Any ideas of what to do with this? I really like it....and don't want to be bored. Here's a picture of it....

MSW--I wish I could see you picture better. But from what I can see, it looks great!

I was having fun with special effects...here is it with no frills

Here's my take on the bag....today in the grocery store two little old ladies came up to me and asked me a ton of questions about the bag and how much they loved it. It was so sweet and made me feel pretty good about myself. This is my first time making anything other than a garter stitched scarf!!
