MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Apple; Chairs..?

Okay..weird question... Anyone been to the Apple store, and noticed the chairs around their computer table?? I think they're for kids... Anyway, these are amazing. I think they're filled with some sort of foam or something, sort of like those squishy pillows, only firmer... Does anyone know what this material is?! If not, does anyone know where I could buy such a chair?! I've googled, and found nothing. -_-
Don't you love my vague sense of writing?! Sorry if this is the wrong board...I just didn't know where else to post. Move if necessary!
TIA! -Ashley

MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Ebay?
|

Does anyone have any experience with purchasing off ebay? I want to get some old appliances to revamp... I'm a little weary of purchasing items. I'd go to Goodwill/Thrift stores around here, but their hours conflict with mine and they never have anything good. Not that it matters...ANYWAY!
If someone could give me some tips/advice, and whatnot I'd appreciate it!!
Thx in advance!

HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions / Lighted frames.
|

So, my boyfriend and I are getting a place soon, and are planning on theming our living room like a movie theater. He has TONS of movie posters that we'll be hanging on the walls. The only problem we've ran into is lighted frames. They go for about $1500 online, which is rediculous. So, I found some large frames at Walmart, but can't find a way to light them like the ones at the movies. =( Any ideas??? Thanks!

CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Shrinking T-Shirts.

I have t-shirts i have to wear for work, and they only have larges. I happen to wear a medium, so I was thinking about shrinking them. I put them through hot water in the washers, and extra-high heat in the dryer, and it did nothing. Someone told me I should boil them? I was wondering if any of you have tried this. I'm too afriad to try, so if any of you have any advice, that would be greatly appreciated. :-)
Thanks, in advance. --ashley
