21  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: Yoshitomo Nara Bunny Boy on: October 04, 2008 02:09:48 AM
thanks everyone!

i decided to put this little guy to use and sent him off to be part of a fund raiser for Mirabel who help familys and kids. there's a shop in Melbourne called "meet me at mikes" it's adorable - check it out! who put the word out to send in softies to be auctioned on ebay to raise money. i'd totally forgotten about him until today when i had a look round to find the results and...

$31! pretty good for an old sheet.

22  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Discussion and Questions / Re: against me or propagandhi fans! on: September 19, 2008 10:08:08 PM
hey, just found this post from a random "propagandhi" search on craftster and i'm a few years late to post.

i wonder what the end result on the t-shirt front was? the "life's to short to make others shorter" idea is lovely. my husband got crafty once and quoted them also from the same song "meat is still murder and dairy is still rape" on the back of a jacket. this band has it all right in the band politics and politics in general. i like against me as well though.

i might have to make form propagandhi inspired craft...

font is called "TattooLetteringOpen" easily downloadable. I edited a few letters to look better when embroidered and then just traced the print out. easy backstitch too.
