4  FIBER ARTS / Dyeing: Completed Projects / Jello/Koolaid Dyed Wool on: March 10, 2006 10:48:20 AM
So I had my first foray into koolaid and jello dyeing the last few days. Here are the results when you use the Knitpicks dye your own wool of the andes. Image Heavy.

This was orange jello (dyed once) then dyed again with two packages of orange jello ad just the tiniest bit of fruit punch koolaid to brighten the color

Imagine this color...but instead of yarn porn, pretend its a nice cabled hat with a big pom pom

This is lime green jello....dyed three times

Now pretend its a newsboy hat from SnB

Im very happy with the product!

Next dye project....dyeing 4 skeins dark green to make Lelah

And another with it wrapped around his neck twice
