1  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Crocheted T-shirt Bag on: April 12, 2006 06:50:30 PM
I don't really have a set pattern, I pretty much wing it whenever I make one of these, but I will try to get some more detailled instructions on the pattern and how to make the t-shirt strips up here in the next couple days. You'll be surprised how simple the pattern is when you see it, they're really fun to make.
2  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Crocheted T-shirt Bag on: April 12, 2006 05:17:12 PM
I have a ton of t-shirts that I never wear so I decided to put them to good use one day when I didn't have any yarn to crochet with. I cut the shirts into thin strips and connected them to creat "t-shirt yarn," then made this bag out of my ball of t-shirt. I love it, I have a yarn version (posted in purses, bags, wallets : completed projects: general) but this one is much sturdier, and hasn't streched out as much. Plus, it's totally washable.

3  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Crocheted Shoulder Bag on: April 12, 2006 05:09:32 PM
This was my first crochet project ever! I modified a pattern a found at the craft store and here it is. It's all very simple stiches and works up pretty quickly.

4  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Horse Felt Book on: April 12, 2006 05:04:01 PM
This was the first felt book I made as part of a workshop. The construction is basic, with the book block sewn, and cover made of felt and stitched with embroidery floss.

5  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Chive Felt Book on: April 12, 2006 03:41:02 PM

I made this felt notebook as a birthday present for my friend Michelle. The book block is sewn together, and the cover is simply felt, embroidery floss, and a button; all assembled, then glued to the book block.

The inside pages are blank except for the back page where I stamped my friend's contact info, just in case the book gets lost.
